MANAGED PRODUCTION

A requirement can take different forms. It might be a complete specification, ready for production. It might be a product idea that needs shaping. It might be an internal objective, such as an onboarding programme, a company event or a uniform refresh, with no defined product yet. Whatever form it takes, the process from there is the same.
How We Work
Four production stages, from specification to delivery.

Specification
Materials, sizing, colour, branding method, packaging and quantities are defined and confirmed before production begins. Pre-production samples are approved against the agreed specification.

Production
Each project is placed with a specialist production partner matched to the product category. We manage the production schedule and monitor progress against the agreed specification.

Quality Control
Goods are inspected against the approved sample and specification before dispatch, including materials, colour, branding placement and packaging.

Delivery
We coordinate packing, shipping and delivery to your location. Specifications, artwork and order records are kept on file, so repeat orders are produced to the same standard.
